Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with us. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure your wedding date.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to your wedding/event.
- Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking 8–12 months in advance, especially during peak Indian wedding seasons in Melbourne and Sydney.
- Booking is confirmed upon receipt of:
- Client Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Wedding/Event Date
- Venue Details
A formal confirmation and contract will be emailed after we receive your details.
Services Overview
We provide the following Indian Photography services:
- Wedding Photography – Including pre-wedding, engagement, mehndi, haldi, wedding day, and reception
- Wedding Videography – Highlight and full-length films with music of your choice
- Live Streaming – Unlimited-viewer live YouTube streaming with recording access
- Wedding Album Design – Custom-designed albums with 200 client-selected images
- Photo & Video Editing – Wedding and real estate-specific services
We cater to all Indian communities including Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, and ceremonies across Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Muslim, Buddhist, and Christian traditions.
Turnaround Time
- Photography: Approx. 5 weeks for edited photos
- Videography: Approx. 5 weeks from the date we receive your chosen songs
- Album Design: 5–6 weeks after photo selection
- Delivery times may extend during busy wedding seasons. Final timelines will be confirmed during your booking.
Delivery Method
We deliver all final files in your preferred format:
- USB drive (posted to your nominated address)
- Google Drive (for digital download)
- Wedding albums may be:
- Collected from our Melbourne studio, or
- Posted to you with tracking (extra charges may apply for interstate/international deliveries)
Song Selection & Video Edits
- You may provide a list of songs for your wedding highlight and full-length videos.
- Song changes requested after delivery may incur additional editing charges.
- We encourage communication during or before the event for any special instructions or sensitive content you wish to exclude.
- Post-delivery re-editing requests (e.g. deleting footage or replacing segments) are subject to additional fees depending on scope. We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes.
Wedding Album Design
- Clients are encouraged to choose up to 200 images for their wedding album.
- Albums are uniquely designed by our creative team to reflect the mood and rituals of your day.
- Sample albums can be viewed by appointment at our Melbourne studio.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth experience:
- Please provide a wedding schedule or run sheet well in advance.
- Assign a point-of-contact person on the wedding day for coordination.
- Inform us of any religious or cultural rituals you would like specially captured.
- Ensure song choices, photo selections, and content approvals are completed within reasonable timeframes.
Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If you need to reschedule, we will accommodate your request subject to availability.
- In the rare event we cannot provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternate photographer/videographer will be assigned with your consent.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- All photos and videos captured remain the intellectual property of Emotion Creation.
- Clients are granted a personal use license to print, post, and share their wedding media.
- We reserve the right to use selected images/videos for our portfolio, website, social media, and advertising, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability & Equipment
- While we take every professional measure to deliver high-quality results, Emotion Creation is not liable for delays or quality impact due to force majeure, venue restrictions, technical failures, or client non-cooperation.
- We use backup cameras, batteries, and memory to reduce any potential issues.
Any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue mishandling may be subject to reimbursement by the client.

By booking our services, you agree to all terms outlined above. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and a professional relationship that lets us deliver the best Indian wedding photography and videography in Melbourne and beyond.
